Send Flowers to the Family Offer Condolences or MemoryROY HECTOR MCKEE It is with great sorrow that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father and brother. Roy Hector McKee passed away on Friday, December 15, 2006 at Maple Creek, SK as a result of a tragic accident. Roy was born in Treherne, MB, July 12, 1950 to Hector and Susan McKee (nee Raison). He spent his childhood and early adulthood in Treherne, self-employed as an electrician and auctioneer. He married Maureen Sundell, December 24, 1976. They had two children, Suanne and Sheena. The family moved to Minnedosa in 1991 and a change of career lead him to truck driving. He became a valued employee of Paul's Hauling and won several awards for his proficiency as a professional truck driver. He was known for his wit, outgoing personality, caring and consideration of others. He was always the consummate gentleman. He will be sorely missed by all who knew him. Roy was predeceased by his parents Hector and Susan. He is survived by his wife Maureen; daughters, Suanne (Blake Williams) and Sheena (Lloyd Nagorski); brother Bill McKee (Betty); sister Linda (Jim Sundell) and numerous nieces and nephews and in-laws. The funeral will be held in Treherne United Church on Thursday, December 21 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at East Treherne Cemetery. Flowers are gratefully declined. Donations may be made in Roy's memory to the Minnedosa United Church Rebuilding Fund or the Tiger Hills Community Foundation, Box 342, Treherne, MB R0G 2V0.
